Buddypress has needed this for such a long time. Yes it the first public version but it is a game changer. When will this get into BP core? Can’t wait.

This plugin is not perfect but it is a big improvement on existing plugins that deliver the same functionality. More importantly the progress of this plugin and eventual integration into BuddyPres
