Only the pro version has detailed profiling per PHP script file, so this functionality exists, but you can’t be bothered to at least show the correct per plugin timings in the free version – but inste

Of course the plugin does not differentiate between an own server and a cheap managed hosting, but you can compare the performance of your several hostings. When the plugin ask for sharing the results
Works well, my server is exceptionally fast, as expected
After the dev fixed some reported bugs, the plugin worked again. Hard to say how this translates into website speed, but my server is shown to be considerably faster than the average server.
