It works!
GF 2.8.18 , WP 6.5.5, PHP 8.2.23. WPE hosting. It even works wih 3.5 thousand rules in a single string for blacklist of disposable email domains.

Good but it just overwrite anything you add
Great plugin +1/up there. Love it but… Sadly it overwrites anytying you add on your own makes it terrible at this point of early release 🙁 Hope it gets an update soon… For now plugin disable.
