The website of Hellobar is infected with a trojan horse. Do not download this plugin either. Its probably no longer maintained or sold to a malicious actor.

You shouldn’t have to CONNECT to their website and put in your EMAIL ADDRESS just to put a message bar on your site!

Unfortunately, the free version will become unusable on 25th May 2018, because its not GDPR compliant: The support told me, that the nescessary Opt-In checkbox (data processing agreement opt-in) is on
