Since the introduction of AI support, nothing works anymore. I’ll probably have to switch to an alternative where they actively take care of their customers. What a shame…
Support has become very poor
Unfortunately, the support has become very neglectful. Either they rarely respond or they haven’t gotten back for weeks. Very disappointing!
