I’ve been using LiteSpeed server for over 10 years, LiteSpeed cache for nearly 10 years (almost since the beginning). They keep developing and innovating, nothing else even comes close.

Works great with Hostinger. I’ve had to toy with a few of the settings to get the optimized results I was looking for but that was easy to do.
