Good! No Jquery dependency
It does what you ask for, looks good on mobile and is easily customizable with css, best of all it doesn’t rely on jQuery.

In the beginning the plugin worked although a bit tricky: the cookie notice didn’t always vanish after clicking “accept” or showed up again on the next page. Meanwhile the cookie notice doesn’t vanish
