Not consummer friendly at all. Don’t use the free version. I recommand to search for an alternative.

Good! No Jquery dependency
It does what you ask for, looks good on mobile and is easily customizable with css, best of all it doesn’t rely on jQuery.

In the beginning the plugin worked although a bit tricky: the cookie notice didn’t always vanish after clicking “accept” or showed up again on the next page. Meanwhile the cookie notice doesn’t vanish

It’s a shame this plugin is no longer being updated, even though as of 5.8.2 it still works perfectly. By far the lightest, no bloatware cookie notification plugin. Free, won’t slow down your website,
