Weird: the excerpts are replaced by the TOC of the posts – and there’s nothing you can do about it. It appears this plugin is not tested out carefully.

Excellent plugin
Have been looking for something like this for ages. Ignore the out of date notice on the WordPress website, this plugin is excellent if you want next previous links for Pages (and not posts). The loop
