Simple and perfect for the job.
Simple enough to quickly choose a template and enable the ‘under construction’ page. Pro version has better templates but the free version works well too.

Conflict with WPML and maybe more.
This plugin breaks something in wordpress related to JSON. It interfere with WPML, it took me a while to figure out. If you install this plugin and you have WPML you will get API REST WordPress error.
