The plugin might be wonderful but, given that you *have* to subscribe and give them all your personal data in order to even test the plugin, it’s a hard pass from me.

Added accessibility issues instead of solving them – Risks of lawsuits?
I’ve been told by a user of one of the websites I had to manage that the widget is adding a layer of complexity for screenreader users. After some research, I saw that even their Wikipedia page talks

All of its features are behind a paywall. Should it be available on the WordPress.org repo? Maybe not.
Good for accessibility
Though pricey, we feel like this plugin is well done and it helps us create a website that is truly more accessible for all users.
