I followed their instructions and it didn’t update the robots.txt file. It would be a great plugin if it worked!

Easy robots.txt edit

Don’t know what WordPress does with robots.txt file and uploading manually to my server does not work. This plug-in fixed it quickly. Highly Recommend!

It is 2020 and it still works. In the plugin settings, I use a wild card to return a 410 rather than a 404 from posts. https://mydomain.com/*/ The plugin return a 410 in the header. BRAVO. Th

Works, But Google says its not needed

I removed this plugin based on help text from Google Webmaster Tools: If you have permanently deleted content without intending to replace it with newer, related content, let the old URL return a 404
