Most of the traffic comes from touchscreen smartphones with at least 75%. If this plugin does not work on the touch screen, then what is the use of it?

We have been using it for a long time. Since the Google Sitekit plugin came out, we’ve noticed its performance has suffered. Overall a good plugin.
