Advanced Ads – Ad Manager & AdSense

Advanced Ads is really powerful both for inserting all kinds of ads, and for other tasks, such as inserting arbitrary code. I highly recommend it.

Tried a few advertising plugins and very pleased with how this plugin is structured and how well it works and the options available. I had some separate issues setting getting the CSS right so the ad placements worked, but the support provided was first class and they provided the perfect solution.

We’ve been loyal Advanced Ads users across 100+ sites for years, and for a long time, the plugin was rock-solid.

Unfortunately, over the past year or so, nearly every update has introduced new issues — enough that we’re now actively evaluating dedicated ad servers like Broadstreet and AdButler for our clients. We genuinely want to keep recommending Advanced Ads, but the recurring instability has made that impossible for us at this point.

The product itself works well and you can tell the folks that developed it put a lot of thought and effort into it (and, they continue to update the plugin with new features and bug fixes). What really impressed me is the level of customer support: Had a billing issue, and Ahmed promptly fixed it to my satisfaction. Will be a customer for years to come!
