Eat CPU resources, generates thousands of unwanted request

Eat my CPU 80% of monthly resources by sending unwanted request to placeholder.css file. When I disable this plugin then all good. I have all the log reports. Please do not use this plugin until this fixed.

When I saw this plugins structure, noticed placeholder.css is enqueued and registers on frontend and this file is not found link 404, because its sent to my theme structure where no such file is present.
