We’ve been using Basepress Premium for about 5 years to supplement our primary documentation with a knowledgebase that’s integrated with our SupportCandy helpdesk. I have nothing but good to say about Basepress. It’s well designed, both from the end user’s and content provider’s perspective, has all the functionality we need, is reliable, and was updated within days in the rare case of a security vulnerability being discovered. 5-stars!

Support not Responding for Months

We have the paid version of BasePress and frankly in the last months our experience has been disappointing. We found several severe bugs in the plugin, we contacted their support and they never replied. Inacceptable. We will have fork the plugin and do the support ourselves if they do not reply.
