I love how Boei allows you to connect with your customers through various mediums. It’s a great solution for those who want to stay connected with their customers, but don’t want to be tied down to one app.

I purchased Premium plan and couldn`t be happier. Very easy to set up and works like a charm. Ruben who is behind this plugin provides also support. He is very responsive and helpful. There are still a lot to do, but one can check their Roadmap. Anyway, for time being no complains at all.

After purchasing Boei, I found that it was so easy to set up and install on my WordPress website that it can easily be done by someone with no prior technical or coding skills. What is so great about this simple but powerful tool is that your visitors have the ability to get in touch with you using multiple forms of communication, directly from the website. They can do this using whichever communication channel they prefer thanks to the number of different options that you can set up in your chat bubble. Ruben from Boei provides excellent support and follows up with you after your purchase. I would recommend this to anyone who values their customers and wants them to have fast and easy access to you using multiple communication channels.

It really works, and it is even better than Re:plain tool that we used previously, as we don’t need to approve Facebook access each day, like for the mentioned tool.
