BOX NOW Delivery

Excellent plugin! Setup was quick and easy, and the integration with my WooCommerce stores works seamlessly. My customers love the convenience of choosing BOX NOW lockers at checkout. I also appreciate the frequent updates, which show active development and continued improvement. Highly recommended!

Το Plugin κάνει εξαιρετική δουλειά ΜΟΝΟ όταν επιλέξει ο πελάτης το Locker, αλλιώς αν ξεχάσει ο πελάτης να επιλέξει και προχωρήσει σε checkout τότε αναγκαζόμαστε να καλέσουμε τον πελάτη ώστε να δημιουργήσουμε χειροκίνητα την παραγγελία. Αυτό επειδή ΔΕΝ είναι HPOS compatible το Plugin και είναι κρίμα καθώς το μεγαλύτερο ποσοστό των wordpress plugins είναι HPOS compatible, και όχι το BoxNow plugin.

This plugin needs more work. All it does is allow a customer to choose a locker at checkout. That’s it. It needs to:

1. override the default WooCommerce shipping address on-screen and order emails with the boxnow ID number, name and address. Currently the only way to find this information is in the order. The email that gets sent shows the customers home address as the shipping address which is confusing if the customer selected a boxnow locker!.
2. Ideally the plugin should generate the shipping label automatically and email to the ‘new_order’ email received by admin/shop manager.
3. The shipping label should be customisable so that it can be printed on A4, A5 or even a 80mm thermal printer roll.

Even tough i found a bug in the plugin and informed the team, i had a great experience with fast responding support.
As of now ive connected it to one store.

Το plugin αρνείται να περάσει στη παραγγελια το ID του locker που επιλεγει ο πελάτης και η απάντηση του support ήταν να το περνάμε εμείς χειροκίνητα σε ΚΑΘΕ παραγγελια (κάτι που είναι αδύνατον γιατί αρχικά δε ξέρουμε πιο locker επέλεξε ο πελάτης).

Το support γενικότερα αδιαφορεί μιας και μας έχει απαντήσει (όταν θυμήθηκε να μας απαντήσει) 3 φορες τα ίδια πράγματα να αλλάξουμε στις ρυθμίσεις και ότι και να κάνουμε δεν δουλεύει. Έχουμε απενεργοποιήσει τα πάντα και αφήσαμε μονο το box now και πάλι ΔΕΝ ΔΟΥΛΕΥΕΙ!!!

Ακόμα και screenshot που στέλνουμε με τις ρυθμίσεις μας λένε να αλλάξουμε αυτά που τους έχουμε ΉΔΗ στείλει ότι έχουμε ΉΔΗ αλλάξει….
