The plugin works quite well, but the free version omits quite a few features, especially the option to customize the checkout page interface, which used to be available but is now quite difficult to find.

- cant use unless adding another plugin to edit anything, so you need 2 plugins to use this
- next, you cant do anything on free, so they push you upgrade to pro.
- once pro, no support on future releases, have to re-buy the plugin

I originally picked CartFlows to make my checkout pages prettier, but I quickly fell in love with the funnel-building aspect of it. There was a minor snag when some of my checkout pages returned JSON errors and wouldn’t save metadata, but thanks to the diligence and professionalism of the CartFlows team, the error was fixed and my funnel is now functional!
Everyone I spoke to on the team was helpful and patient. I highly recommend this product not only for the pretty funnels but also for the fabulous customer service.
