I installed and activated this plugin on my website, but was not able to get it properly installed.
After 4 emails with Chartbeat explaining the issue with installation, I deleted the plugin–because all they did was tell me to follow the instructions that were not working.
If they can’t bother to read a short and clear message regarding my initial install, I can’t invest in their app on a monthly basis…
It makes an iframe that links over to chartbeat.com, so maybe saves a click or something, rather than typing in chartbeat.com in my URL bar.
I was hoping it would be able to give me an API to let me query chartbeat.com and ask it what were my popular posts, and things like that.
