I have tried all of the big name contact forms (ninja, contact form 7, wp forms), and I always come back to the Clean and Simple Contact Form.
It is as simple as you can get, and does everything you need.
I really appreciate the email verification option, which you don’t always see on these other forms, but will always want because if you don’t know the persons email, you can never contact them back.
