Exellent plugin and service.

I really wanted to like this plugin, but it has been a frustrating experience so far. The translation features simply do not work on my site, which is a major issue for a consent plugin that needs to be accessible to all users.

When I reached out for help, the support team’s only solution was to request full administrative access to my website. For a security-conscious owner, giving a third party total control over the backend is obviously not an option and feels like a very lazy approach to troubleshooting.

I expected a more professional way to resolve technical bugs without compromising my site’s security. If you aren’t comfortable handing over your login credentials, look elsewhere.
