Connected the plugin to our store successfully, all the webhooks were created (and unfortunately, overwrote our own webhooks—not a fun surprise!!), and the store is showing as connected in Constant Contact. From CC support: “It is seems to be a defect that is being tracked internally by us. I apologize for the inconvenience caused by this. Currently, there is no ETA on when it will be fixed as its an ongoing issue.”
I installed and configured this, and it was working, then it suddenly stopped working and never worked again.
