It is essential to have the right accessible contact form on the website. This plugin should be used by all members who are using Contact Form 7. It works perfectly on my end.
My site passed the achecker.ca validation because of this contact form. As for the Checkbox, I simply made the tag label_first so that the online validator can read the label first before the checkbox.

I use this on client projects to help ensure their forms are accessible without the need for me to handhold (and bill) through the process. I consider it a necessary plug-in when Contact Form 7 is installed.
