Se configura en pocos pasos y los clientes reciben un e-mail después de su compra (en la fecha que tú quieras) para que hagan una reseña en Google, pero si van a dejar una reseña negativa (3, 2 ,1 estrellas) los redirige primero a una pantalla para que pueda atender sus quejas la empresa.
