This is the only plugin I could find the downloads the full media library into one folder, but it doesn’t do me no good since it doesn’t work with the latest three WordPress updates.

This is a feature which WordPress should build-in as a feature. Incredibly valuable feature especially for those that are maintaining a site developed by a contractor, or former employee.
Highly recommend this as part of your site backup.
