I do not leave reviews often but their support is amazing! I had a conflict with the OceanWP Theme. They fixed it immediately and released a new version with the fix in a few days.
I loved the plugin before the issue, but now I love it even more because of their amazing support. Very rare to get this type of support for the free version, they went above & beyond.

If you’re looking for an eCommerce store where you need to add shipping manually or need to be able to add custom quotes that are directly editable as orders, the Elex RFQ plugin is the one for you! The ELEX support team is excellent – they are always friendly and offer outstanding customer service. I would highly advise you to checkout their other plugins as well.
