Doesn’t even deserve 1 star

I was looking for just this type of plugin and as always trying out the free version to see it’s capabilities and lord behold it doesn’t allow you to do what is considered a basic free part of any plugin and that create categories, you have to purchase the Pro (what blollox).
Well as much as I enjoyed your screenschoots and it’s exactly what I was looking for I refuse to support tight-ass plugins who can’t see it fit to provide the simple basic features for free.
You loss m8.
Unbrauchbar mit The7 – fragwürdige Supportbedingungen

Ich habe die kostenpflichtige Pro-Version getestet und musste feststellen, dass das Plugin in Kombination mit dem populären The7-Theme schlichtweg unbrauchbar ist. Der A–Z-Index überlagert wichtige Inhalte, lässt sich nicht korrekt positionieren und macht Teile der Seite nicht anklickbar. Laut Pluginbeschreibung soll es Theme-kompatibel sein – die Realität sieht leider anders aus.
Besonders enttäuschend ist jedoch die Supportpolitik:
– Man muss auf sein Widerrufsrecht verzichten, um überhaupt ein Ticket zu eröffnen.
– Es wird mit einer pauschalen Strafgebühr von 49 € für angeblich „falsche Angaben“ gedroht.
– Ein öffentlicher Fehler muss durch ein „Testsystem mit Adminzugang“ reproduziert werden – völlig überzogen.
Aus Sicht des Verbraucherschutzes ist das rechtlich äußerst fragwürdig und schlicht unseriös.
Ich habe mehrfach versucht, das Plugin zum Laufen zu bringen – ohne Erfolg. Der Support war bisher weder hilfreich noch kulant. Ich fordere daher eine Rückerstattung und rate aktuell vom Kauf ab.
Fazit: Technisch inkompatibel mit The7, keinerlei hilfreiche Dokumentation zur Problemlösung, und Support unter zweifelhaften Bedingungen. Ich kann vom Kauf nur abraten.
Probably works for some uses – make it your last resort

Couldn’t do enough with the demo version as categories didn’t do anything.
Surprisingly, the full version also doesn’t do anything with categories.
Shortcodes are not documented.
No online examples to see different ways of configuring the look.
No way to ask for a refund without sending a tech support email….which tells you that asking for tech support means you can’t give a refund! Pretty cute.
Paid version seems less useful than free versions of other products
Great Plugin if it would work – Worst Support I ever saw

I bought the plugin 2 years ago and it worked fine. This time I baught it and it threw a fatal error. I contacted the customer support by filling out a detailled form, everything that was needed to check the system as well as created a user account for them to troubleshoot.
The contact form states that if you miss out a field they would charge you. The paypal t&cs of them states if you want a refund they going to invoice you (more than the plugin is worth).
After writing the fourth email by requesting a refund since plugin doesnt work as well as there was no answer to my previous emails, the developer got back to me in a nearly harassing way, telling me they closed the ticket. I never got any notification or clarification.
Use the plugin in the lite version, as long as it doesn’t break your site. But be careful when thinking of purchasing the plugin.
Working very well. No issues.

The free version is working very well with my Elementor Pro and Astra (nov. 2023).
I hope to test the pro version soon.
