They do not reply for days on end, after designing products they will just disconnect them from WooCommerce and fail to fix them problem which means you have to all over again with another platform because they never fix problems that affect your business thus costing you and your clients. bad communication, no solution and ignoring clients with queries. I say don’t even start, just look for other platforms, maybe you’ll have better luck and escape these guys from taking down your products from you WooCommerce store

This plugin won’t work with my WooCommerce store. I was able to connect my website successfully but received error messages when trying to import products. Customer service was not very helpful, and I tried a lot of troubleshooting, including deactivating the fire wall and cache plugins.
I was unable to fix the issue, so I have now deactivated the plugin. Very disappointing 🙁

Don’t expect any answers from them. They will answer you (after 24 hours, maybe) with no actionable information in it. Insult You with the same automatic links with no answers in them and ask the same questions every time because every time I am speaking with different people who seem not have access to our previous messages. Almost two weeks in and still I don’t have my answers and no way to figure this out myself. The app is smooth and integrating is easy and had no problems. Gonna move away… And as quickly as I can! If it what are you doing is specific and need any help from support then do yourself a favor and keep away.

Must put that in. SHIPPING! Cant find tracking and those prices…!!! Gonna update after the customer’s feedback!
