- Use featured thumbnail when available
- Use one of the media attached, when available
- Fallbacks to the default image (like a logo which can be specified in settings)
Filters are available if you want to shortcircuit the logic or want to add yours.

Using in the latest version, glad it got an update!
It resolved for us when WP is not selecting the right picture for FB sharing.

Had an issue with Yoast SEO to get the og:image from featured image and this plugin resolved the issue.
