Shipping Live Rates for USPS for WooCommerce

I was experiencing an issue where the shipping cost was not being calculated correctly. I contacted their support team through the form on their website, and their support agent, Piotrek Bodera, reached out to me via email. He was extremely kind and professional. He answered all my queries and successfully resolved my shipping issue.

The problem was that I had enabled the insurance checkbox for international shipping, which was causing an API error. USPS does not allow that insurance option for international shipments, so the API returned an error: “One or more extra services are not available for international pieces in this price group.”

After disabling the insurance option, everything started working perfectly. Thanks to Piotrek Bodera! Their support is truly top-notch.

Love this plugin and the support is stellar. Their latest version even parses nonstandard length fee SKUs from the USPS API, don’t know any other plugin that does that, and for us that’s a must have. Great plugin and great support!

I always am prepared for some plugins to be a little glitchy at first, but Shipping Live Rates for USPS for WooCommerce worked perfectly after installation. There are ample setup options to fine tune it to my specifications and easy to change if I need to tweak them a little. It’s really great having the exact shipping costs, because these turned out to be a lot less than the flat rate costs.
