Same problem as a previous user, I have a persistent error showing in the DevTools console that hasn’t been resolved using the latest version of the plugin (2.3.0).
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property ‘externalId’ of undefined
Same issue on a clean WP install so it doesn’t look like like a conflict with another plugin.
It took me some time to set it up, due to copy/paste quotation marks issues.
Make sure you lose single quotation at the beginning of the code (self-explanatory) and change English paired quotation marks to neutral quotation marks (U+0022). Hope it helps.
Works first time, not sure why the other reviewers are saying it doesn’t.
