This plugin works… Sometimes. I was experiencing an issue when using the search form to load locations; the distance and address fields kept randomly disappearing in the results list for no apparent reason. Everything has been configured correctly, however, I couldn’t diagnose the cause due to support not responding to my ticket. Their auto-responder says they will get back to you within 24-48 hours. It has been well over the time period with no response at all. I’ve been reading the reviews, and I’m sure the dev will respond here, stating their “ticket service” is down or something similar.
Look, I understand being busy, especially if you are the sole person responding to tickets. I have been there. That being said, why say you’ll have “one of” your support specialists reach out to me, when it’s clear it’s one person responding to tickets? If you truly have a team, why hasn’t a single one responded to my follow-up emails? In my mind, that is way worse. I have since issued a full refund. Still waiting on a response from this as well. We’ll see how long it takes. The refund policy is 14 days. Hopefully, they respond in that timeframe and honor the refund if they don’t. I will follow up after 14 days.
The only reason I am giving this plugin 2 stars is because it kinda works. However, if you have any conflicting plugins, even ones that the plugin author states will be compatible, it may not. You’ll also need at least some knowledge of HTML/CSS to customize the form to your liking. Which isn’t the worst thing ever. Just thought people should be aware. Using shortcodes to implement the form isn’t the most ideal for me, so I have since switched to another plugin. I hope the author doesn’t take this personally and uses critiques such as this one to improve in the future.
I had a fairly difficult task to integrate this plugin data, with gravity forms, custom post type, and a custom meta field through ACF. And the support walked me through what was needed to get it working. Plugin works great, and the support was even better!
