Count multiple labels in dropdown

Hi there,
Very lovely plugin.
I have a quick question, i have a form that has a dropdown with multiple labels. I can’t seem to be able to get this working, it sums up to zero (0).
[gravitywp_count formid=’12’ number_field=’31’ filter_field=’31’ filter_value='Rejected’ filter_field2=’31’ filter_value2='Not taken up' filter_field3=’31’ filter_value3='Claims fall within Excess' decimals='' dec_point='' thousands_sep='']
Please kindly point me to the right direction.

Hello on filter_value='{} is it possible to integrate a search variable? Example if I want to count all the values of the year 2015, is it possible to select 2015 from a dialog and get the result? Thank you
