Doesn`t work

after producing a book and using the code on a page, no book to see and support isn’t available at all! Support asked to request them first, however never received an answer from them.

This plugin does not work. Produces a blank flipbook

I imported a PDF and it showed the imported pages fine, but when I click Preview, I get a blank page. I also added the shortcode which is great, but nothing showed. Frustrating.
