It’s very easy. First you choose the Kadence theme, and it will ask for installation of starter templates. Once you do that it will take you through the wizard of website building. Give the right prompt and you get the right result.
Good idea but doesn’t work

After spend some minutes to configure at last doesn’t do anything, doesn’t import the content, etc.
In addition, this damaged something that worked well and that was the starter templates, now, with this new function, the previous one stopped working.

I originally had an issue that was caused by SSL issue.
And got the error “Error, Unable to access template database, please try re-downloading“
However after a bit of help from the team I was able to get this working. Works perfectly and team has great support.
