this plugin is useless piece of work. idk why in 2025 klavydio is so behind and can’t just simply create normal html format codes, why to bother with java nonsense – but worse – why to make a plugin that suppose to help and it does not? when I add the code in my page, instead of the form I worked for hours, it only shows the code. obviously because this plugin is useless.
This plugin is just confusing to get to work.
And the amount of spam emails they send out after you register are crazy!
I deleted my account there after 10+ emails yesterday, today i still got 4 new!
Very bad practice.
Would give zero stars if I could. This thing made my wp-admin practically unusable. The website was fine for visitors, but actually building the website was mind-numbingly, throw the computer out the window, beat my head against the wall, painful.
We switched from Omnisend to Klaviyo due to all the bugs in Omnisend. I cannot recommend Omnisend, and had high hopes for Klaviyo as they were more expensive.
First off, they have much better analytics, and as an email service provider as a whole, they are way better than Omnisend.
However, now that we are 90% through with the migration, we are finding major things lacking in their Woocommerce integration
1. Refund integration doesn’t show the amount refunded
2. No Failed Order integration
3. No way to split order confirmation based on all meta data. They have basic data but dont’ have the deep data Omnisend has.
So we are paying more and having to build out more custom integrations through their API to deal with their lack of integrations built in with their plugin.
Its a bummer to find out they are lacking so much when it comes to WooCommerce integration. I hope their team gets on fixing some of these very basic things.
I have frequently discovered that one or more of my Klaviyo forms suddenly disappears from my website. The only solution is to disconnect WP from Klaviyo account, delete the plugin from WP, then reinstall the plugin and reconnect to Klaviyo. Bam! the forms come back! But my gosh, what a rigmarole. First to finally discover this was the fix, and secondly I’ve had to do this 3 times now in 6 weeks. As others have suggested, this seems to be a poorly coded plugin. Not recommended.
