about the plugin: simple and does what needs to be done, which is implementing the bot on the website by inserting the code.
About the implemented bot: Great at getting the lead’s attention and getting the lead to the end of the flow.
Furthermore, even people with no chatbot experience were able to create new flows. Which is great as an agency to be able to implement on client sites and let clients create and manage their flows themselves.
In a first test, on the first day it showed 10 times more conversion than floating WhatsApp on a regional services website with reasonable organic traffic. Even the client was surprised to see two leads arriving in the first two hours, when the norm was three, maximum three leads per day.
Daily prayers for them to have all the success in the world and last forever. 🙂
