LitCommerce: Multi-channel Selling Tool For WooCommerce

I have had to contact support twice and both times they have been very responsive and helpful. Even at 2am someone responded to the chat within 15min and had the problem resolved in under an hour, then followed up the next day to make sure all was well.

I recently started using LitCommerce and had a support chat session with Rachel that was outstanding. She answered all of my questions professionally and accurately, and made the process of setting up my WooCommerce integration much clearer.

What I especially appreciate is the real-time chat support. Being able to speak with someone immediately and resolve issues on the spot is far more efficient than submitting tickets and waiting hours or days for a response.

The customer service support of LitCommerce is great and the chat was very prompt. Their support specialists continued with me on chat to fix several errors when I tried to publish the products on Amazon Seller Central for quite long.

I’m using Litcommerce to connect Woo with Shopify, and it’s been working unbelievably well.
As much as I love Woo and open code, it isn’t as good for managing multiple stock locations and inventory management is basic at best.
Thanks to Litcommerce I’m able to use Shopify as the logistic brain that manages my other sales channels, and Woo acts as the ‘fun place’ where I can customize what I want.

What’s exceptional about Litcommerce in particular is the support team, who are available around the clock, actually know their product and are always eager to help. Even when I needed to sync non-standard things like my custom fields and taxonomies, they made adjustments for me.
Litcommerce is really a core part of my business right now, and I highly recommend it to whoever needs to manage multiple platforms.
