Although I only contacted the support one time on the weekend, I was impressed firstly by the fact they replied on the weekend and how accurate their diagnostic was. The issue was a simple settings that I had overlooked in the plugin but it was resolved on the same day. Not to mention its a great plugin.

WOW! You have no business making a plugin THIS GOOD!
I have a growing directory website where making changes to a listing is like administrative acrobatics or a phone-based tech support endurance challenge.
NO MORE! Now I can just log in as the user having the issue and do it myself! This saves me SO MUCH TIME!

can’t go back to admin

After logging in as a user, tried to go back to admin by clicking on the “Go back to admin as xxxxxx” but nothing happens, just a white box appears on the screen. Have to click on log out in that user admin and log back in as admin.
