It was super easy to install and use. mouseflow is showing session recordings, heatmaps and much more, and unlike other tools – offer a free plan too!
For smaller websites I use Mouseflow on the free plan, and get so much more insights into what UX improvements to do than simpler analytics tools. For commercial sites, the advanced analytics with heatmaps, funnels and session playback, are all needed and extremely valuable if you want to avoid the guesswork and risk when designing the site for efficiency and conversion rate.
Great tool to track and understand how my websites is working, and why visitors are not converting. Mouseflow records all visitors and allows me to replay full sessions. From the recorded data, I am able to build heatmaps, create conversion funnels and understand how I am able to improve my website.

But then, when I checked my blog about 3-4 hours later, I noticed that ALL of the text was completely screwed up. Spacing was WAY off, margins were making it hard to read, and everything was WAY out of whack.
I deactivated this plugin, and everything went back to normal. I will not be using this every again.
plugin looks like, it is developed by a beginner.
