Overview

WordPress 4.5 added the ability to login using the registered user’s email address in place of the username. When this plugin is active, the ability to login using the email address in place of the username is removed, and the label of the input field is changed to reflect this.

Really fantastic!
This plugin did work for wordpress but not for WooCommerce. I contacted the author to know if it was possible to support WooCommerce too. he done!
Thank you so much, this plugin remove some confusion for WooCommerce customers when they try to login with their email with error warning.

More security – solved easy

Thanks to the developer for this useful and easy to use plugin!
For security reasons was it for me important to remove the ability to login using the email address in place of the username, and this plugin solved this in only one step (just install it and forget it). It works fine on WP 4.5.3 and runs without any conflict beside 18 other plugins.
