I moved to Klaviyo about 3 months ago because everyone kept talking about it like it’s the ultimate email marketing tool. For me it just ended up feeling overly complex and way more expensive for basically the same things. I filled out the form to move back to Omnisend, and the team took care of everything, moved my account, handled the migration and made the process really easy. It honestly reminded me how nice it is to have genuinely great support. Definately staing this time.
Good first impression

I would like to highlight the migration experience in particular. I had been delaying the move for a long time because, honestly, platform migrations are usually hassle and stress. This time, though, it really wasn’t. Omnisend migration team handled the migration for me with minial effort from my side.
It’s still early days with the platform itself, so I can’t fully comment on that yet, but based purely on the migration experience, it’s an easy 5 stars. I will update this review in a month or two once I had more time to use Omnisend.
Looking back, the onboarding really stood out

A few months in now, and I still think Omnisends onboarding deserves credit. I’ve been around long enough to expect friction at the start, but they made it surprisingly smooth. Most of the heavy lifting was done for me, and I could get going quickly.
Baka helped me to get resolved issue.
