This plugin lacks proper documentation and clear FAQs, making it difficult to understand its actual purpose and functionality. I installed it expecting to automatically send PDF versions of form submissions to customers via email, but there’s no option available in the notification settings to attach PDFs to emails.
When I generated a PDF from my form, it only displayed about 20% of the content – the rest was cut off. This is particularly problematic for longer forms. The plugin doesn’t seem to offer any meaningful design options or advanced functionality.
The description needs to be much clearer about what this plugin actually does versus what users might expect. Currently, it feels useless for my needs and doesn’t deliver on basic expectations for PDF form generation and email integration.
The developers need to improve documentation, add proper email attachment functionality, and fix the PDF formatting issues for larger forms.
Update after first productive use:
1. Critical stability/reliability issue: Approx. 1 out of 10 mails is sent without PDF attached.
2. PDF entries cannot be filtered or searched by any form field, but by date only. This is useless in my case with several hundred entries per day.
3. There is no easy function to re-sent the notification mail with the attached PDF.
4. PDF file size is huge. A one-page text-only PDF is approx. 800 kByte!
Original review (after a small-scale field test):
It works … somehow. Setting up conditions for elements is anything but user-friendly making it horribly difficult to set up complex conditions (e.g. for iterations/lists). Positioning such conditional elements is a matter of pure luck (even if positioned correctly in the builder, they might end up somewhere else on the final PDF). In addition, style is not a priority of this builder (e.g. aligning elements exactly to each other is almost impossible as there is no locking mechanism). Last but not least, date formats are arbitrarily formatted regardless of the date/currency settings, address fields cannot be formatted at all and the middle name of names is simply neglected.
I needed something that just sends a PDF when email is created from forms I made. It did just that. Thanks.
Felicitaciones y gracias.

I absolutely recommend this plugin, as it allows free development and has amazing support. The support team is very friendly and willing to develop whatever features are necessary to perfect your project.
Congratulation and thanks.
We are having issues with images not showing on the outgoing PDF’s. We have tried on several occasions to contact the developer, however, he does not reply. This issue has been going on since we purchased this plugin several months ago.
