They take +7 days to respond simple queries, and they don’t try to help you at all, but just close the ticket without actually solving the problem
Causes Elementor error + Vulnerability

Couldn’t adjust pages anymore. Elementor kept loading. Piotnet gave warnings in debug mode, and there was a Vulnerability warning. De-installing fixed the problem. Don’t use this plugin, there is a risk and causes Elementor nog working anymore.
Uninterested in support followup or vulnerability.

They have had a Patchstack vulnerability warning (id=431) for almost a year now but their team doesn’t seem to want to address it. On top of that they do not answer their Messanger chat though they have it on their site as a support opion. I contacted support direclty and though they did answer once, my followup has remained unanswered for 2 weeks. I used to like this plugin, but I can not recommend it anymore.

It’s a complete catastrophe. The Multi Step form no longer works and nothing has been heard from support for DAYS. We receive no requests, nothing!!!
Who pays for the damage? YOU???
How can something like that be? I don’t understand it. Solve the fucking problem, I’m sure it’s not just me. Money back doesn’t seem to be an option either!
