Though I’d like a revamp of the UI the result of filtering our REST-API and REST-API WC plugins makes a TON of difference.

This is a great plugin and I see two main uses for it:
1. solve problems with some plugins that affect functionality but are needed on specific pages or in some popups
2. improve pagespeed results by only allowing badly written code only where it is needed (e.g. Stripe integrations)
