Overview
This plugin allows Taxonomy Terms sort per Post based using a Drag and Drop Sortable JavaScript capability. It include a clean interface which makes the plugin easy and intuitive to use.
Usage
Nothing complicated, eveyrone should be able to use this code:
* Install the plugin through the Install Plugins interface or by uploading the post-terms-order folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
* Activate the Post Terms Order plugin.
* A new menu item page will be created within Settings > Post Terms Order, this is the place where sorts can be created.
Limitation

when you try to reorder the post, its showing ALL the posts from ALL categories which is not very helpfull for very large sites. In my situation cant say that it helped because posts have similar titles and without knowing which post is on which categories its somewhat… hard to know your way around…
Post Terms & Taxonomy Terms Lacking

Sorting posts went OK with Post TYPES Order. However, when it came to taxonomies, nothing was available to sort. Post Terms Order and Taxonomy Terms Order failed to work. Disappointed to say the least.
