Propovoice: All-in-One Client Management System

I am a paying customer of Propovoice and expected the plugin to handle Stripe payments properly. Unfortunately, the plugin does not actually charge cards.

Here’s what happens:

• You enter card details → Stripe creates a PaymentMethod.
• The plugin fabricates a fake PaymentIntent ID and immediately marks the invoice as Paid.
• Stripe never records a real charge, and no money is actually collected.
• API logs confirm that the backend never calls Stripe to create or confirm a PaymentIntent.

Effectively, even the paid version behaves just like the free version in this critical aspect. Invoices appear “Paid” when no payment occurred. This is extremely dangerous for any live transactions.

Until Propovoice fixes this, do not rely on it for actual payments. It is unsafe, and using it in production could easily result in lost revenue or accounting errors.

I renewed my subscription and changed my domain, but my license still isn’t activated on the new site. I opened a ticket and followed up many times, but support only sent a generic reply and then stopped responding. I paid for a service I cannot use. Please read the latest reviews before buying.

i got a notice that this plugin has a critical vulnerability and have not received any responses from support. Just Google “propovoice unauthenticated insecure direct object WordPress”

The best

So disappointed with the support for this plugin, is almost non-existent. Literally no replies to emails, and no ticket system or chat anymore (purchased 8 months ago). After putting much work in am thinking I have to find another solution as surely, if there is no support then who know about updates etc.

Wasted $150 and sooooo much time and energy 🙁
