Luv LOVE this fabulous plugin. It’s stupidly simple and EASY to redirect ANY pages or blog posts in case you completely overhaul a website and don’t want to fu*k up your Search Engine links on Google, Bing etc.
I recently re-did the website for a long established Social & Market Research company in the heart of East Africa’s information hub. The late owner created the website in Serif Page Plus and we had no idea how to get into her PC or use the app.
So I completely recreated it in WordPress with most of the same content but changed some names for pages, News and Reports content. When I submitted the new website to Google & Bing, I realized that the old .html page links for About, News, Reports, Contacts etc were still being referenced. So enter Redirection & I matched the urls to what the Google & Bing were pointing to. Worked PERFECTLY!
Many thanks to all the developers who created this plugin. “It just works” without any nags or complicated nonsense. Lots of love to ya’ll.

I had some pages that where temporary offers, and need it to reactivate later, so i just redirect them while the offer was unavailable.
