Best Customer Service I’ve Ever Encountered – Go Goran!

I ran into a roadblock because CartFlows checkout wasn’t allowing the RAF Coupon Code to work, and Goran (the plugin dev) not only replied immediately to my support request, he replied multiple times until we sorted out the problem — even on Christmas Eve! Best customer experience I’ve ever had with any software company. I couldn’t recommend this plugin (or any of Goran’s plugins) more, and I tried all the RAF plugins. Works exactly as claimed. Using the premium version. The plugin works perfectly exactly as I wanted. Support has been one of the best I have experienced so far from a developer. The shortcode and email are also easily customizable via templates, so you can have a peace of mind when updating the plugin. Highly recommended.

I bought and tested the plugin with WooCommerce Subscription and it works like a charm. I had some specific questions to the developer and he responded very fast and helped me. I suggest the plugin!
Works, but important function is missing and support is very bad

Like my title, the plugin works but important functions are missing – e.g. to mark a coupon as invalid in case of order refund. Without these you cannot use this plugin on big onlineshops with lot of orders. You have to spend too much time to check this and deactivate coupons manually if necessary.
The developer does not respond to any emails either.
I use free and pro version.
